Policies

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy depends on the dates of your reservation. Please make sure you check the cancellation policy in your confirmation email
ALL Holiday Weekends REQUIRE a 30 day cancellation. This includes Ice Fest (January,) Martin Luther King Weekend (February,) Memorial Day Weekend (May,) The weekend before AND after Fourth of July (July,) Salmon Festival (September,) Autumn Leaf Festival (September,) Oktoberfest Weekends (first three full or partial weekends in October,) Christmas Festival (first full or partial three weekends in December) and the last ten days of December. A 30 day cancellation policy applies to those dates.

Holidays & Festivals
All Festivals (Ice Fest, MaiFest, Accordion Fest, Salmon Festival, Autumn Leaf Festival, Oktober Fest, Christmas Lighting Festival,) the last 13 days of December and all weekends in June, July, August, September, October and December require a multi night minumum length of stay, unless waived by the reservation agent.

Reservations for Oktober Fest (1st full or partial weekend and the 2nd and 3rd weekends in October,) the Christmas Lighting Festival (1st full or partial weekend and the 2nd and 3rd weekends in December) and the last 10 days of December require a deposit in the amount of first night room + tax. $100 of this deposit is non-refundable.

Check-in Instructions
Should you arrive after 9:00 pm, please let us know so we may make arrangements with you as to where to get your vacation home keys.

Parking
Free parking is available at each vacation home. Please be advised that over-night street parking is possible from April through October. Winter parking restrictions are strictly enforced during the winter months due to the need for regular snow removal activities.

The Obertal Inn understands the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about guests, callers to our reservation line, and visitors to our website.

We collect information only in a manner deemed reasonably necessary to serve our business purposes and comply with our legal obligations. On our Website we do not collect personally identifiable information from Customers unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. When you reserve a room with us we will capture information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card number to process your reservation. The primary purpose of capturing your e-mail address when you make a reservation with us is to send you a reservation confirmation. We safeguard our Customers’ personally identifiable information by using industry standard practices.
