Check-in Instructions
Should you arrive after 9:00 pm, please let us know so we may make arrangements with you as to where to get your vacation home keys.

Parking
Free parking is available at each vacation home. Please be advised that over-night street parking is possible from April through October. Winter parking restrictions are strictly enforced during the winter months due to the need for regular snow removal activities.

Privacy Policy
The Obertal Inn understands the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about guests, callers to our reservation line, and visitors to our website.

We collect information only in a manner deemed reasonably necessary to serve our business purposes and comply with our legal obligations. On our Website we do not collect personally identifiable information from Customers unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. When you reserve a room with us we will capture information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card number to process your reservation. The primary purpose of capturing your e-mail address when you make a reservation with us is to send you a reservation confirmation. We safeguard our Customers’ personally identifiable information by using industry standard practices.

POLICIES

Important Cancellation Information:

  •  Deposit & Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed with a deposit equal to the first night’s room rate + tax. Ensure your reservation address matches the billing address on your credit card.
    • Consider Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend travel insurance, as the Obertal Inn & Leavenworth Vacation Homes are unable to cover cancellations that fall within our cancellation policies.
    • 72-Hour Grace Period:
    o Cancel within 72 hours of booking (if more than 72 hours before arrival) for a full refund. After this period, the applicable cancellation policy applies.

    Cancellation Policies by Property Type

    For Obertal Townhouse, Garden Haus, Wunderbar Condos

    • Cancel 30+ days before arrival: Full deposit refunded.
    • Cancel 15-30 days before arrival: Deposit forfeited.
    • Cancel within 14 days of arrival:
    o Deposit is forfeited.
    o Remaining reservation cost will be charged.
    o If any remaining nights are rebooked, you will be refunded based on the new guest’s rate, up to the amount you originally paid.
    o Unrebooked nights’ fees become a credit for one stay within 12 months (excludes High-Demand Dates).
    o To use credits, book by phone at 509-548-5204.

    For Obertal Inn, Dream House Suites, All Seasons River Inn Suites

    • Cancel 72+ hours before arrival: Full deposit refunded.
    • Cancel less than 72 hours before arrival:
    o Deposit is forfeited.
    o Remaining reservation cost will be charged.
    o If any remaining nights are rebooked, you will be refunded based on the new guest’s rate, up to the amount you originally paid.
    o Unrebooked nights’ fees become a credit for one stay within 12 months (excludes High-Demand Dates).

  • High-Demand Dates
    • Obertal Inn, Dream Suites, All Season River Inn Suites reservations follow a 14-day cancellation policy instead of 72 hours.
    • All cancellations and credits are subject to a $200 non-refundable fee after booking.

    o President’s Day (Feb 14-16)
    o Memorial Day (May 23-26)
    o Accordion Festival (June 26-29)
    o 4th of July (July 3-6)
    o Labor Day (Aug 29 – Sept 1)
    o Autumn Leaf Festival (Sept 26-29)
    o Oktoberfest (1st 3 weekends of October)
    o Thanksgiving (Thu-Sat)
    o All of December – New Year’s DayWinter Travel Advisory & Cancellation Policy
    Leavenworth may experience road closures during the winter. If Stevens, Snoqualmie, and Blewett passes are all closed at the same time-either indefinitely or with a reopening time after 4:00 pm-we will review your reservation daily and waive cancellation penalties for each individually impacted night.Reservations Made on Other Sites
