Reservations & Policies

We are a 2 night minimum. However, we will honor 1 night requests when rooms are available. Room choice will NOT be guaranteed for 1 night stays.

Check-In and Check-Out Information

Check-In: 3:00 p.m. Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
Please notify us if you are requesting a late check-in after 6:00 p.m.

Smoke-Free and Pet-Free Environment

Our Inn and its surrounding outdoor gardens are smoke-free for the enjoyment of all guests. There will be a $75.00 cleaning fee added to the bill if guests smoke in their room. Pets are loved by us but unfortunately we can not house them during your stay.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

To guarantee your room, a deposit equal to one nights stay can be made by Visa or MasterCard. Cancellation requires notice of 14 days prior to the date of arrival, except for the month of December, holidays and festival weekends which requires a 30 day notice. No refunds will be made for cancellations with notice of less than 14/30 days, unless the room is booked by another party for the entire reserved date. All cancellations will incur a $15.00 fee.

Prusik Peak Guest Information

Our off-site studio does not include breakfast or Special rates that might be offered at our Bed and Breakfast.
All visiting guests are welcome to use the Inn's outdoor sitting areas during their stay.

Young Adults over 16 are welcome!
